Worship
We gather to praise and thank God through songs, prayer and the reading of his word. Worship is at the heart of our shared life, and it reminds us that we gather around Christ, not around ourselves.
Our ministries
Church isn't just a place we go to; it's a family whose members serve one another in love. Every ministry here is carried out by ordinary people offering what God has given them. On this page you can find out about the ways we serve, and how you can get involved.
Why do we serve?
We believe that everyone who follows Christ has received a gift from God, and that this gift is given to build others up. No one needs to be an expert or a mature believer to serve: serving begins with a loving heart and a willing spirit.
We don't serve to earn God's favour, but because he first loved us in Christ. For us, serving is a way of giving thanks for his grace and of expressing our love for him and for one another.
As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms.

Areas of ministry
These are the areas close to our hearts. Each has a clear purpose, and a simple way for you to take part.
We gather to praise and thank God through songs, prayer and the reading of his word. Worship is at the heart of our shared life, and it reminds us that we gather around Christ, not around ourselves.
We pray together and for one another, for our city and for our loved ones wherever they are. We believe that God hears prayer, and that praying together draws us closer to him and to each other.
The Bible is God's word and the foundation of our faith and life. We read it and explain it clearly and simply, so that we grow in knowing Christ and put his word into practice in everyday life.
No one goes through life without weariness, sorrow or uncertainty. We want to walk alongside one another through these times, with prayer, a listening ear and encouragement from God's word.
We want everyone who comes among us to feel at home, whether it's their first visit or they've been with us for years. A smile, a kind word and getting to know one another are all part of our ministry.
We delight in children, young people and families, and we long to see homes built on Christ. We take the safety of children and young people seriously.
We meet in Arabic, with English when needed, because we want every Arabic speaker in Liverpool to hear the good news of the gospel in their heart language. Everyone is welcome, whatever their background, with no pressure and no obligation.
Your first step
The best place to start is our weekly meeting, where you can get to know the church and we can get to know you.
Tell us what matters to you and what you'd love to offer. We'll listen and help you find your place.
Serving doesn't begin with big responsibilities. Start with what you can do, and grow over time.
They continued steadfastly in the apostles' teaching and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and prayer.
